Board Secretary
Antha Reynolds (she/her) is a Holistic Strategist who activates businesses and individuals to move forward with confidence and clarity. She weaves together her experience as a Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner, Meditation guide and Yoga teacher to support her clients and community in healing from burnout by prioritizing self-care. She also supports current and aspiring entrepreneurs to bring their dreams to life through group programs and 1:1 offerings. BRUCE POINSETTE
Board President
Bruce Poinsette (he/hime)is a writer, digital storyteller and organizer whose work is primarily based in the Portland Metro Area. A former reporter for the Skanner News Group, his writing has also appeared in the Oregonian, Street Roots, Oregon Humanities, and Eater PDX. He is a 2022 Oregon Humanities Storytelling Fellow and 2024 Skidmore Prize Finalist.

CHAIM SCHRAMM
Board Treasurer
Chaim Victor Schramm (he/him), CFS®, CAS®, AIF® received his B.A. in Russian and East European History from the University of Oregon in 2007. Since his University studies, he has worked in the art supplies, sales, and candy manufacturing industries. In 2012 he relocated from Brooklyn, NY to Portland, OR and immediately set to work founding an independent Registered Investment Advisor firm. As an investor, he’s most aligned with the Environment, Social, & Governance (ESG) style of investing and seeking social responsibility backed by empirical insights.

Executive Director & Founder
Celeste Noche (she/her) is a Filipino American editorial and documentary photographer based between Portland, Oregon and San Francisco, California specializing in food, travel, and portraiture. Her work is rooted in the narrative, exploring memory, displacement, and identity. Her work has been published in Travel + Leisure, National Geographic Traveller UK, and The New York Times. COOKIE ZVOVUSHE
Community Engagement Director
Cookie Zvovushe (she/her) is a Portland-based yoga teacher, tarot practitioner, and nationally published journalist whose work blends embodiment, intuition, and storytelling.
Cookie’s path is rooted in a lifelong love of writing about her life and telling the stories of other folks via crafting creative non-fiction essays snd reporting that illuminates the emotional truths beneath everyday life.
She found her way back to intuition when practicing tarot and looks forward to offering their gift to other seekers within the BIPOC community.
Cookie is also a dedicated advocate for equity and social justice, prioritizing collaboration with marginalized communities, focusing on BIPOC, LGBTQ and fat liberation.

EMILLY PRADO
Programs Director & Co-Founder
Emilly Prado (she/her) is an award-winning writer, multidisciplinary artist, and speaker whose work explores identity, community, and the power of storytelling across mediums. With ancestral roots in the San Francisco Bay Area and Michoacán, Mexico, she now calls Portland, Oregon home.
She is the author of Funeral for Flaca (Future Tense Books, 2021), a Pacific Northwest Book Award winner praised by Ms. Magazine as “utterly vulnerable, bold, and unique,” and her writing and photography have appeared in NPR, Marie Claire, Bitch Media, Eater, and beyond. She teaches creative writing at the Pacific Northwest College of Art and offers workshops, keynotes, and custom talks on writing, creative career development, healing through storytelling, and more. JEN SHIN
Operations Director
Jen Shin (she/they) is a Korean diasporic writer, baker, and mental health advocate with more than a decade in recovery from alcoholism and bulimia. She is currently at work on Bad Magic, a coming-of-age addiction memoir which examines how we return to our true selves after reality and illusion become one. A 2023 Periplus Fellow, they have received support from Regional Arts & Culture Council, Tin House Summer Workshop, Vermont Studio Center, and the Carolyn Moore Writing Residency. In 2021, they published Have You Received Previous Psychotherapy or Counseling? through zines & things and their essays can be found, or are forthcoming, in Provecho, The Rumpus, Buckman Journal, and elsewhere. PAULA CHAMPAGNE
Creative Director
Paula Champagne (she/her) is a Visual Storyteller whose work explores the healing intersection of Blackness and the natural world. Through film, photography, illustration, design, murals, painting, and printmaking, she weaves narratives that honor place, identity, and kinship with the earth.
Paula’s work has expanded to explore her motherhood and the legacy of passing on a relationship with nature through generations. She is currently writing and illustrating her first children’s book, inspired by her connection to land and life in Portland, where she tends to her family, garden, and creative practice.
